Security Radar Integrators, Inc. (SRI) has been selected as the supplier for the Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS) for Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) in Daytona Beach, Florida. SRI is providing engineering support and SightLogix thermal detection sensors that were specifically designed for high performance in the outdoors, and have been deployed at critical sites throughout the world. A previous generation of SightLogix sensors were deployed at DAB 10 years ago, and the system has been so effective that the sensors are being upgraded as part of a comprehensive security system upgrade project. SightLogix sensors are part of SRI’s integrated airport PIDS sensor offerings that also include SRI’s Airfield Radar System (ARS), Navtech 360° ground radar, and Echodyne drone detection radar.
