Port Everglades has issued to SRI formal notification of Final Acceptance of their multi-radar harbor and coastal monitoring system at Port Everglades.
After initial delivery of the equipment in February, SRI installed the equipment on new 50’ poles, and integrated the system with the Port’s network and existing Command and Control and Video Management systems.
After acceptance testing, training, and a 30 day burn-in period, Final Acceptance was issued. The system includes the proprietary SRI Track Processor (STP), which collects over 1 million tracks per day from multiple radars, analyzes the data, and only passes on meaningful tracks to the Port’s Command and Control system.
